Verifying measurements

Verifying seat height measurements, dash height, cockpit area, before I continue. I know the cardboard looks cheesy, But,  I LOVE IT!!!

Using 1/2 x 1/2 16 gauge to form these two sections, Made a quarter round to form the corners, and welded together.

Working on setting some nuts into the frame for the front cross brace. Made up the frames for the rear swing arm section, And cut floor templates.

The Morgan 3 wheeler is coming together. Got a lot done today. It is looking more and more like a finished frame.

More Progress on the 3 Wheeler Frame

More Progress on the 3 Wheeler Frame. Got the top welded together and bottom section pretty much done, now to put them together. Started with 4 main uprights, and plumbed it up. It is great to see it start to come together...:D

Christmas in February

It was Christmas in February down here in South Georgia. A member of one of my groups, Was nice enough to let me have some items he wasn't going to use, at a very reasonable price. My two favorite items are the pair of matching Motorcycle headlamps, and the Banjo steering wheel and  steering column. But almost all of it is stuff I need to complete my build. I'm very thankful for this members generosity.

Finally cutting metal for the frame, feels good to see....

Three wheeler frame bracing

Three wheeler frame braces. I know, it looks like someone lost a game of Jenga, But these blocks will help hold the frame strait and true during the welding. The blocks are 1"W x 3"L x 7/8-15/16"H.  Used a scrap piece to show how they hold.

Morgan three wheel design layout is transferred to the build table. I will cut each piece of metal, lay it over the design, and secure it to the board before welding.

I finished building Morgan replica 3 wheeler build table. It is solid as a rock. It's 32 inches tall, 48 inches wide, and 12 feet long. I will post the drawings of this table in the coming days.
